We are Kimberly & Eric Hines. Kimberly is "The Secret Baker" and has been baking for over 15 years. We currently live in South Durham and have been growing in our offerings of yummy goodies including; Cakes, Cupcakes, Hand Decorated Cookies, Scratch Made Drop Cookies, Brownies, Granoma Bars, Fondant Work & The Worlds Best Fudge.
We bake from scratch and work to match our flavors to the season and customer demand.

We have been blessed by Donovan Watson, owner of Perkins Orchard at 5749 Barbee Road in Durham (www.perkinsorchard.com). Donovan has installed a refrigerator for us where our product will be regularly available 7 days a week.
We also take custom orders. Please visit our "Custom Order Request" page to submit a request for a quote. We are always willing to try new flavors and tackle new challenges. We have the ability to display your finished product at your event as well. We deliver locally.
